The Monthly Membership opens the full workspace. You pay $40 today for your first 60 days, then $20 per month starting on day 61 until you cancel. Your first recorded award makes your next membership invoice free. No award, supplier approval, financing, revenue or profit is promised.

Cancellation

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for the $40 start payment or for any month already billed. You can cancel anytime in Billing to stop future charges. If you have a billing question or believe you were charged in error, please email us first at support@in.drmelissajwilliams.com and we will respond within 2 business days.

The $40 start payment covers your first 60 days. This is not a free trial. If you cancel during your first 60 days, you keep access until day 60 and you will not be billed the $20. The $40 is not refunded because it pays for those 60 days.

Refund policy

Cancelling a Monthly Membership stops future billing from the next renewal date. That is separate from a refund and does not return money already paid.
